Medical Device Fleet Dashboard

Background

The Medical Device Fleet Dashboard is a SaaS solution addressing the complexity of managing diverse medical devices across hospitals and clinics. Traditionally, service engineers rely on offline manual processes to track device health, connectivity, and usage.

This platform centralizes device information into a single dashboard, offering real-time visibility and actionable insights. By enabling proactive maintenance and streamlined operations, it empowers service engineers to ensure equipment reliability and support uninterrupted patient care.

My role

My main responsibility is to design the experience that helps service engineer users to view and manage medical devices.

  • Define new UX visions that improve efficiency and device management

  • Enhance interactions and visuals

  • Deliver UI specs, prototypes, and design assets

I collaborated with all team members throughout the process, including the product manager, program manager, and developers.
